Here are all the documents you need if you wish to proceed with an heir claim:

• Certificate of Inheritance authorized by a notary/public official or from the village head/sub-district;

• Death Certificate of the mutual fund investor;

• Death Certificate from the hospital or police;

• National ID (KTP) of all heirs and the deceased investor;

• Family Card (KK) from both the deceased investor's family and the heirs;

• Heirs need to open a Kaya account for the mutual fund unit transfer;

• Marriage Certificate if the heir is the spouse of the deceased investor;

• Birth Certificates of all heirs and an Heir Statement Letter from the customer, signed with a Rp10,000.00 stamp duty;

• Other supporting documents as evidence showing that the individual is a legitimate heir, if required.
