Don't worry, we do not hold your money or investments at Kaya. Kaya acts solely as an intermediary between investors and investment managers, providing services to help investors choose the right mutual funds based on their individual risk profiles.
So, if Kaya ceases operations, your money and investments will remain safely stored with the Custodian Bank and can be withdrawn at any time. You can view your mutual fund ownership through AKSes KSEI. If you wish to withdraw your mutual funds, you can contact the relevant Investment Manager and provide your ID (KTP) and proof of mutual fund ownership. The Investment Manager will then process the withdrawal.
