According to applicable regulations, customers whose daily transactions reach Rp10.000.000,00 (ten million rupiah) must pay stamp duty. These transactions include selling, buying, and switching products, as well as cashback, vouchers, and redeeming gift cards for mutual fund products at the same cut-off time. As per Undang – Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2023, the fixed stamp duty rate is Rp10.000,00 (ten thousand rupiah).

Daily transactions refer to the total transactions between 00:00 - 12:59 WIB conducted through Kaya or other Mutual Fund Selling Agents (APERD). Transactions occurring between 13:00 - 23:59 WIB will be counted towards the next business day's transactions.
